About Us

Victoria Keesing

Victoria Keesing Consulting provides support to organisations and individuals seeking to make substantial changes.

We work with clients who are making transitions, whether it is:

  • a large corporate transformation,

  • an executive who needs support to architect and lead a change or

  • an individual trying to bring a startup to life.

Our Founder

Victoria Keesing Consulting was founded in 2014 by ex PwC Partner, Victoria Keesing, when she saw a need for highly personalised change consulting that supported clients to own, drive and sustain change for themselves. Her work always includes the coaching and development of members of your team to sustain for the long term the changes you are trying to make.

Victoria brings substantial and diverse capabilities in strategy alignment, culture change, large complex transformational change projects, operational turnaround, succession planning, executive performance, industrial relations, compensation, organisational development and stakeholder management. She is a change driver drawing on broad public and private experience, offering a sound view of better business practice and pragmatic delivery. She can ask the right questions where something doesn’t look right or the data and story don’t match; where there are major unintended consequences or outcomes are not achieved.

Trusted Advisor

Victoria has become a trusted advisor to Directors General, Boards and CEOs. She uses her business acumen to pinpoint risk ‘wake up calls’ and develop deep questions that uncover the root cause of underlying issues to business performance, and to determine how best to move organisations, and their people, through turbulent times.

She also coaches individuals and members or your staff through work transitions.
